📍 About the role

We are seeking a Regional After-sales Management Specialist to support dealer network performance, improve after-sales operations, and ensure consistent implementation of service standards across passenger vehicle dealerships.

🎯 What you'll be doing

• Assess and manage dealer after-sales performance across the assigned region.
• Improve workshop operations, service quality, and customer experience.
• Implement and monitor after-sales commercial policies.
• Manage after-sales channel standards and dealer development programs.
• Review dealership construction standards and new store audits.
• Support BP channel certification and continuous improvement activities.
• Conduct operational assessments and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare performance reports and support strategic after-sales initiatives.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

✅ What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive after-sales operations or dealer management.
• Knowledge of passenger vehicle dealership operations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to travel frequently.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Chinese language skills are an advantage.
