We are seeking a Regional Sales Management Specialist to support sales strategy execution, dealer development, and business growth initiatives within Thailand's passenger vehicle market.

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies.
• Build strong relationships with dealers and key stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and sales opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance and recommend improvement actions.
• Support dealer capability development and sales training.
• Prepare sales reports and management presentations.
• Coordinate with marketing and product teams to support business objectives.
• Assist with special projects assigned by management.

• Minimum 3 years of automotive sales or dealer management experience.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Good understanding of Thailand's automotive market.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
