📍 About the role

We are seeking a Network Development Specialist to support dealership network expansion, showroom development, and retail operation standards across Thailand. This role will play a key part in maintaining brand consistency and enhancing customer experience through effective dealer network management.

🎯 What you'll be doing

• Conduct site evaluations and feasibility studies for new dealership locations.
• Review and approve showroom layouts and designs in accordance with CI/VI standards.
• Monitor dealership construction progress and project timelines.
• Manage showroom branding assets, POSM, signage, and marketing materials.
• Support merchandise display and showroom lifestyle area development.
• Conduct showroom readiness audits prior to official openings.
• Develop and monitor dealer operational standards and KPIs.
• Coordinate with HQ, distributors, dealers, and vendors to ensure brand consistency.
• Prepare reports and recommendations related to network development activities.

✅ What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in Network Development, Retail Operations, or Brand Management.
• Knowledge of showroom design, retail operations, and brand standards.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and brand awareness.
• Good command of English; Mandarin Chinese is a strong advantage.
• Able to travel frequently nationwide.
