📍 About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Strategy Specialist to analyze market trends, support sales planning, and provide strategic recommendations that drive sustainable business growth and dealer performance improvement.

🎯 What you'll be doing

• Analyze Thailand's passenger vehicle market, competitors, pricing, and customer demand.
• Support development and optimization of regional sales strategies and annual sales plans.
• Monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Prepare market intelligence and sales analysis reports.
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve market share and dealer performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and After-sales teams.
• Support management decision-making through data-driven analysis.
• Participate in strategic projects assigned by management.

✅ What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive sales strategy, market analysis, or related functions.
• Experience with OEM automotive businesses is preferred.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of English; Chinese is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
