📍 About the role

We are seeking a Senior Spare Parts Specialist to oversee spare parts planning, inventory management, and supply chain operations while ensuring efficient parts availability and after-sales service support.

🎯 What you'll be doing

• Lead spare parts planning, forecasting, and inventory management activities.
• Monitor supply rates, backorders, and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate procurement and replenishment plans to ensure parts availability.
• Manage warehouse operations, stock control, and inventory optimization.
• Analyze spare parts demand trends and supply chain performance.
• Handle quality claims, shortage issues, and inventory discrepancies.
• Develop and improve spare parts management processes and procedures.
• Train and support local teams on spare parts operations.
• Prepare inventory, fulfillment, and cost analysis reports for management.

✅ What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years in spare parts management.
• Strong knowledge of inventory planning and warehouse management.
• Experience with ERP, SAP, WMS, and supply chain systems.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Good command of English; Chinese is a strong advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving and inventory optimization capabilities.
