📍 About the role

We are seeking a Claim Specialist to manage warranty claim audits, support distributors, and ensure compliance with claim processes and company policies.

🎯 What you'll be doing

• Review and audit warranty claim submissions for compliance and accuracy.
• Support distributors with claim process inquiries and issue resolution.
• Verify and calculate monthly claim amounts.
• Evaluate claim submission performance and process effectiveness.
• Coordinate inspections of claimed parts and warranty investigations.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports for management.
• Support warranty claim training activities and process improvements.
• Maintain claim records and documentation in accordance with company requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

✅ What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Automotive, or related fields.
• Experience in claim audits, warranty administration, or related functions.
• Proficiency in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is required.
• Strong documentation and administrative skills.
• Good knowledge of automotive systems and warranty processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
