📍 About the role

We are looking for a Site Engineer to support EV Charger installation projects from electrical design and site survey through installation, quality control, and project completion. You will coordinate with government authorities, utility providers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure all electrical works comply with required standards, regulations, and project timelines.

🎯 What you'll be doing

• Design and draft Single Line Diagrams (SLD) for EV Charging Stations and specify materials and equipment for installation.

• Coordinate with relevant government agencies to obtain required installation permits.

• Coordinate with the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) or Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) to obtain power usage approval.

• Review and control electrical circuit diagrams to ensure compliance with construction regulations and electrical installation standards before installation begins.

• Conduct on-site surveys and provide technical support during installation.

• Identify potential technical issues before and during construction and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve problems promptly.

• Monitor and control the quality of installation materials and workmanship according to approved electrical standards.

• Manage on-site operations, prepare project progress reports, and identify potential project risks.

• Prepare post-project reports, including issues encountered, solutions, and recommendations for future projects.

✅ What you'll need

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering with a valid Electrical Engineering License.

• Valid Driving License and willingness to travel to project sites and other provinces as required.

• At least 2 years of experience in electrical systems; experience in EV Charger installation or project management is a plus.

• Proficient in Electrical Circuit Design, AutoCAD Electrical, and MS Office.

• Good command of English in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.

• Chinese speaking and listening skills are an advantage.

• Strong technical report writing and communication skills.

• High sense of responsibility, quality-oriented mindset, and strong problem-solving skills.

• Able to work effectively on-site and under pressure.
