📍 About the role

Join BYD Thailand as a Customer Service Specialist - Chinese Speaking, where you will be responsible for managing customer complaints, Voice of Customer (VOC) channels, and customer satisfaction performance. You will work closely with Headquarters and service centers to ensure excellent customer experience and continuous service improvement.

🎯 What you'll be doing

• Manage end-to-end customer complaint workflows and ensure timely resolution.

• Handle customer communication through Email, Line OA, and other VOC channels.

• Monitor and operate customer service management systems (ICSS & GENESYS).

• Track customer satisfaction, service evaluation, and NPS performance.

• Analyze customer service data and identify improvement opportunities.

• Coordinate with Headquarters and service centers to resolve customer issues.

• Prepare reports and perform other assigned customer service duties.

✅ What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, CRM, or Customer Experience.

• Automotive industry experience is an advantage.

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); basic English communication is preferred.

• Experience with customer service platforms such as GENESYS or ICSS is preferred.

• Strong analytical skills with excellent Microsoft Excel proficiency.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
