📍 About the role

We are looking for a Training Specialist System Management - Chinese Speaking to manage the BYD Academy system, develop training programs, coordinate with Headquarters, and support dealer capability development for BYD and DENZA brands.

🎯 What you'll be doing

• Deliver training programs for BYD & DENZA brands.

• Support REVER Automotive as a training consultant to achieve KPIs.

• Manage student registrations and learning activities in BYD Academy.

• Develop training materials, presentations, workshops, and new courses.

• Visit dealerships to gather feedback and improve training effectiveness.

• Administer BYD Academy and coordinate with HQ on system issues.

• Monitor NPS and Mystery Shopper results and recommend improvements.

• Translate documents and provide Chinese interpretation for meetings and events.

• Analyze training data and manpower performance.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.

✅ What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Education, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Automotive Sales or Marketing Trainer.

• HQ training experience is preferred.

• Fluent in both Chinese and English.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, LMS platforms, and AI tools.

• Good knowledge of EV/NEV products, automotive sales, marketing, and course development.

• Strong presentation, facilitation, and training skills.

• Energetic, proactive, and passionate about people development.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
