📍 About the role

We are seeking an ESG Engineer - Energy & Carbon Management to lead carbon reduction programs, energy management initiatives, and sustainability projects. This role will be responsible for developing carbon management systems, improving energy efficiency, and supporting the organization's climate and sustainability objectives.

🎯 What you'll be doing

• Develop and manage carbon accounting systems, including organizational carbon footprint and product carbon footprint (LCA) programs.
• Establish annual carbon reduction targets and monitor performance against sustainability goals.
• Develop and implement energy management systems across manufacturing facilities.
• Conduct energy audits and identify opportunities for energy efficiency improvement.
• Monitor energy performance and supervise energy-saving projects and initiatives.
• Track local carbon regulations, energy policies, and sustainability requirements.
• Support the development of industry standards and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Respond to customer and government inquiries regarding carbon emissions and sustainability performance.
• Support headquarters' carbon management programs and supply chain sustainability initiatives.
• Organize energy conservation and carbon awareness training programs.
• Prepare sustainability reports and carbon management performance analyses.

✅ What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
• Registered Senior Energy Management Coordinator (ผอส.) or Assistant Energy Management Coordinator (ผชร.) with at least 3 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 50001, ISO 14001, ISO 14064, GHG Protocol, and carbon accounting methodologies.
• Understanding of climate change, renewable energy, net-zero strategies, and environmental regulations.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Experience in energy efficiency, sustainability, carbon management, or environmental projects.
• Good command of English.
• Mandarin Chinese proficiency is an advantage.
• Ability to propose innovative energy-saving and carbon reduction solutions.
