About the Role

BYD THAILAND is looking for a Treasury Specialist to manage daily treasury operations, including payments, collections, bank account management, fund allocation, and settlement processes. This role will coordinate with banks and internal Finance teams to ensure efficient cash management, optimize financial operations, and monitor foreign exchange risks.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage payment and collection transactions, maintain bank statements, and coordinate with the Finance team for monthly bank reconciliations.

• Manage bank accounts, optimize account interest rates and transaction fees, and coordinate annual bank account confirmations.

• Collect funding plans and arrange fund allocation to support business operations.

• Optimize settlement processes, evaluate settlement requirements, and coordinate the implementation of settlement-related improvements.

• Manage foreign exchange risks, monitor changes in foreign exchange regulations and policies, and assess their potential business impact.

• Coordinate with banks and internal departments to ensure smooth treasury operations.

• Prepare treasury-related reports and maintain accurate financial records.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Good command of spoken and written English. Chinese proficiency is an advantage.

• At least 1 year of experience in Treasury, Finance, Accounting, Cash Management, or related fields.

• Familiarity with local banking operations, payment processes, and financial regulations.

• Understanding of bank reconciliation, fund allocation, settlement processes, and foreign exchange operations is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.
