📍 About the role

We are seeking a Senior Training Specialist – Automotive Training to support capability development across sales, dealer management, customer experience, and after-sales operations. This role will bridge global training strategies with local business needs by developing engaging learning solutions and delivering high-impact training programs.

🎯 What you'll be doing

• Conduct market research and analyze local business needs related to brand localization, dealer management, customer experience, and after-sales operations.
• Identify gaps between corporate training strategies and local operational requirements.
• Collect frontline insights through interviews, surveys, workshops, and field observations.
• Transform operational best practices and case studies into structured training programs and learning materials.
• Design, develop, and maintain training curricula, course materials, and learning content.
• Plan and deliver training programs, workshops, and learning events from end to end.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Monitor training KPIs, including attendance, engagement, satisfaction, and learning outcomes.
• Continuously improve training content, structure, and delivery methods based on data and feedback.
• Collaborate closely with regional and global Learning & Development teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Support the translation, localization, and adaptation of headquarters training content while maintaining consistency of key messages.
• Participate in capability development projects and other assignments as required.

✅ What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Languages, Psychology, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, learning & development, or automotive training.
• Experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred.
• Experience in overseas training development or international training projects is an advantage.
• Fluent in Thai and English, with the ability to conduct training sessions in both languages.
• Chinese language proficiency is a strong advantage for internal communication.
• Experience in training material development, including PowerPoint, video editing tools, LMS, and virtual learning platforms.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent project management and cross-cultural collaboration abilities.
