📍 About the role

We are looking for a Product Quality Engineer to monitor and improve vehicle quality throughout the pre-sales, after-sales, and market stages. You will analyze quality data, identify product quality issues, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support continuous product improvement and customer satisfaction.

🎯 What you'll be doing

• Manage pre-sales quality activities for imported vehicles within the assigned region.

• Monitor key quality indicators such as R-PDI, follow up on abnormal issues, and ensure smooth vehicle delivery.

• Analyze after-sales quality data, including IQS, VDS, NPS, and component failure trends.

• Identify quality abnormalities and provide insights to support continuous product improvement and customer satisfaction.

• Collect and analyze market and customer feedback and consolidate quality issues for further analysis.

• Conduct preliminary quality analysis and collaborate with Product and R&D teams to support investigation, improvement, and market validation.

• Support communication between the Chinese quality team and local Thai teams, including information collection, translation, and cross-functional coordination.

• Prepare weekly and monthly quality reports and monitor key quality issues and improvement progress.

• Identify and report major quality abnormalities and potential risks in a timely manner.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to follow up on corrective and preventive actions and ensure timely closure of quality issues.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

✅ What you'll need

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience. Experience in automotive quality, after-sales quality, warranty, claims, or quality data analysis is preferred.

• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is an advantage.

• Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with the ability to communicate effectively in a working environment.

• Chinese language proficiency is highly preferred.

• Strong analytical thinking, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.
