📍 About the role

We are seeking a Product Quality Engineer to drive product quality improvement and ensure effective quality management throughout the entire product lifecycle. This role will work closely with R&D, manufacturing, suppliers, and after-sales teams to resolve quality issues, improve product performance, and support continuous quality enhancement initiatives.

🎯 What you'll be doing

• Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives across R&D, manufacturing, and after-sales operations.
• Lead quality issue investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
• Manage vehicle quality incidents and customer quality concerns to ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to establish preventive measures and improve product quality performance.
• Manage and validate Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) activities for vehicle body system-related products.
• Monitor quality performance indicators and develop action plans to achieve quality targets.
• Build, maintain, and continuously improve quality knowledge databases and lessons-learned systems.
• Support product development activities by providing quality-related recommendations and risk assessments.
• Participate in quality audits, process reviews, and continuous improvement projects.
• Prepare quality reports and communicate findings to management and stakeholders.
• Perform other quality-related duties assigned by management.

✅ What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Quality Management, Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, automotive, or quality-related functions.
• Understanding of quality management systems, quality tools, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Experience with PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, or other automotive quality systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in English for business communication.
• Chinese language proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment.
