📍 About the role

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to support electrical systems, automation equipment, and production line operations. This role will focus on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, equipment improvement, and automation system optimization to ensure stable and efficient manufacturing operations.

🎯 What you'll be doing

• Analyze and resolve electrical and robotic equipment failures on production lines.
• Optimize PLC programs and automation control systems to improve equipment performance.
• Manage spare parts requisition, acceptance, and inventory control for electrical equipment.
• Supervise maintenance and preventive maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support equipment modification projects and new equipment implementation activities.
• Prepare operation manuals, maintenance procedures, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
• Support electrical system upgrades and automation improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and engineering standards.

✅ What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering, electronics, and industrial automation systems.
• Experience in PLC programming, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with electrical system design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
• Understanding of electrical components, control systems, and automation equipment.
• Good computer skills and technical documentation capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.
