About the Role

BYD THAILAND is looking for a Comprehensive Specialist to support daily factory operations, cross-functional coordination, manpower management, administrative activities, purchasing, and operational reporting.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate daily factory operations and communication between departments.

• Monitor manpower, attendance, overtime, recruitment, training, and factory KPIs.

• Prepare cost forecasts, operational reports, and improvement updates.

• Coordinate purchasing, asset management, inventory, and related administrative activities.

• Support employee activities and other administrative tasks.

• Coordinate with internal departments to follow up on operational issues and improvement activities.

• Prepare and maintain relevant documents and reports.

• Support management with assigned projects and administrative tasks.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in administration, human resources, or factory operations.

• Good command of Chinese, preferably HSK Level 4 or above.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Good administrative and documentation skills.

• Responsible, professional, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
