📍 About the role

We are seeking an IE Engineer to lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives and productivity improvement programs across manufacturing operations. This role will focus on operational excellence, manpower optimization, efficiency enhancement, and continuous improvement activities to support business growth and manufacturing competitiveness.

🎯 What you'll be doing

• Lead Lean Manufacturing deployment and continuous improvement initiatives across production departments.
• Drive implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of manufacturing improvement programs.
• Monitor and improve productivity indicators including HPV, OEE, and other operational KPIs.
• Manage manpower planning, workforce allocation, and labor efficiency optimization.
• Identify operational waste and develop improvement actions to reduce losses and increase productivity.
• Conduct capacity analysis, line balancing, and workflow optimization projects.
• Support BVPS deployment, training, auditing, and certification activities.
• Develop productivity improvement roadmaps and monitor implementation progress.
• Collaborate with production teams to achieve efficiency, quality, and cost reduction targets.
• Prepare operational reports and performance analysis for management review.

✅ What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• 3–7 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, or Production System deployment.
• Strong knowledge of VSM, Standard Work, OEE, Line Balancing, Kaizen, and Problem-Solving methodologies.
• Experience in manpower planning, capacity analysis, and productivity improvement.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Good command of English; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
