📍 About the role

We are seeking a Stamping Production Manager to oversee stamping production operations, drive productivity improvement, and ensure achievement of manufacturing targets.

🎯 What you'll be doing

• Manage production KPIs, quality, cost, delivery, and safety performance.
• Develop production plans and resource allocation strategies.
• Lead workforce capability development and team performance improvement.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and BVPS initiatives.
• Manage recruitment, manpower utilization, and employee engagement.
• Drive cost reduction and continuous improvement projects.
• Support new product launches and cross-functional projects.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare management reports and performance reviews.

✅ What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of automotive stamping experience.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of stamping processes, dies, and metal forming.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, IATF16949, APQP, PPAP, and FMEA.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
