📍 About the role

We are looking for a Process Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes, improve production efficiency, and support new model introductions. You will work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to solve process issues, drive continuous improvement, and ensure stable, high-quality vehicle production.

🎯 What you'll be doing

• Support production lines by optimizing manufacturing processes and improving production efficiency.

• Drive Industrial Engineering (IE) improvement activities through time studies and productivity optimization.

• Investigate after-sales quality issues and implement process improvements to reduce manufacturing risks.

• Support new model trial builds, process validation, and mass production ramp-up activities.

• Resolve production bottlenecks during new product launches to ensure on-time vehicle delivery.

• Develop process improvement plans by optimizing tooling, work methods, and manufacturing processes.

• Complete Kaizen and continuous improvement projects while reporting progress to management.

• Promote concurrent engineering and manufacturing flexibility to support new product development.

✅ What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or a related field.

• 1–5 years of experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment.

• Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes and production equipment.

• Strong technical problem-solving skills with the ability to independently resolve process-related issues.

• Experience preparing process documentation with good communication and teamwork skills.

• Familiar with CP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, Industrial Engineering (IE), and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Responsible, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
