About the Role

BYD THAILAND is looking for a Planning Specialist (Vehicle Division) to support production planning, schedule execution, production coordination, and progress reporting. This role will work closely with Production, Warehouse, Suppliers, and other teams to ensure production plans are executed effectively.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Schedule and follow up on the execution of KD production plans.

• Monitor on-site production execution and coordinate the resolution of production abnormalities.

• Provide temporary verbal interpretation and document translation within the work area.

• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and suppliers to ensure production plans are followed.

• Prepare production progress reports and provide regular updates to management.

• Monitor production status and follow up on delays or issues affecting the production plan.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth production operations.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree or above.

• Good command of Chinese and ability to conduct daily work communication in Chinese.

• Experience in logistics, production planning, or related roles is preferred.

• Automotive industry experience is an advantage.

• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to follow up on multiple tasks.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
