📍 About the role

We are seeking an experienced Deputy General Manager of Vehicle Division to lead plant-wide operations, drive operational excellence, and support the overall strategic direction of BYD Thailand's vehicle manufacturing operations.

🎯 What you'll be doing

• Lead and coordinate all major manufacturing and supporting functions.

• Oversee production, delivery performance, and operational efficiency.

• Drive quality excellence through KPI management and continuous improvement.

• Manage plant budgets, cost control, and productivity initiatives.

• Develop leadership capability and strengthen talent localization.

• Improve manpower productivity and organizational effectiveness.

• Ensure compliance with EHS standards, labor regulations, and company policies.

• Support strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration.

• Perform other duties assigned by senior management.

✅ What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Business Administration, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 15 years of automotive manufacturing experience.

• At least 6 years in senior plant leadership roles.

• Experience in multinational automotive OEMs or large-scale manufacturing.

• Fluent English; Chinese is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of automotive manufacturing, Lean, Quality, and EHS.

• Excellent leadership, financial, communication, and strategic management skills.

• Able to lead large cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.
