📍 About the role

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Director of General Assembly Factory to oversee General Assembly operations, improve productivity, quality, and cost performance, while supporting localization and operational excellence.

🎯 What you'll be doing

• Lead General Assembly production operations to achieve production targets.

• Monitor production performance and improve operational efficiency.

• Drive quality improvement and reduce manufacturing defects.

• Manage production costs and lead Lean initiatives.

• Oversee workforce planning, equipment availability, and production safety.

• Lead, coach, and develop the General Assembly management team.

• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth production.

• Support localization by developing Thai leadership capability.

• Perform other duties assigned by senior management.

✅ What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Manufacturing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 10 years of automotive manufacturing experience.

• At least 5 years of leadership experience in vehicle assembly or related operations.

• Experience in multinational automotive manufacturing is preferred.

• Proficient in English; Chinese is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of vehicle assembly, production management, quality systems, and Lean Manufacturing.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Results-oriented with strong ownership and continuous improvement mindset.
