📍 About the role

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support equipment improvement, reliability enhancement, and production efficiency optimization across lithium battery manufacturing operations.

🎯 What you'll be doing

• Improve and optimize manufacturing equipment from tableting through material preparation processes.
• Monitor and improve equipment KPIs including UPH, Utilization Rate, OEE, TEEP, MTTR, and CPK.
• Analyze and optimize equipment mechanical structures to improve reliability and productivity.
• Conduct failure analysis (FA) and implement corrective actions for major equipment issues.
• Improve and optimize fixtures, jigs, tooling, and consumable parts.
• Support equipment modification, installation, and commissioning projects.
• Develop technical documentation and equipment improvement reports.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve manufacturing performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.

✅ What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in mechanical engineering or manufacturing engineering.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and PRO/E.
• Familiar with mechanical transmission systems and component selection.
• Able to design non-standard mechanical equipment components.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good command of English; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
