📍 About the role

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee daily workshop operations, manage production efficiency, coordinate manpower, and ensure safety, quality, and operational excellence. This role plays a key part in achieving production targets and driving continuous improvement.

🎯 What you'll be doing

• Monitor workshop production efficiency and resolve production abnormalities to achieve production targets.

• Supervise daily workshop operations, including manpower allocation and front-line employee management.

• Develop manpower plans and coordinate with related departments to ensure sufficient staffing.

• Promote workplace safety by monitoring operations, preventing risks, and handling safety-related issues.

• Monitor material consumption, waste control, financial activities, and administrative tasks in accordance with company standards.

• Analyze production performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production processes and timely problem resolution.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

✅ What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field.

• At least 1 year of experience in production, manufacturing, or engineering.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in production management or supervisory roles.

• Strong coordination, communication, and leadership skills.

• High sense of responsibility with a strong commitment to quality and safety.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

• Good communication skills in English or Chinese.
