📍 About the role

We are seeking a Lean Engineer to support the implementation of lean manufacturing systems, continuous improvement projects, and operational excellence initiatives across the factory.

🎯 What you'll be doing

• Promote and implement Lean Manufacturing modules including Standardized Work, TPM, Manufacturing Quality, Lean Logistics, VSM, Kanban, and Safety Systems.
• Develop expertise in multiple lean management systems and become a certified internal trainer.
• Organize and lead factory improvement projects and Kaizen activities.
• Support Lean Week and continuous improvement workshops.
• Develop and update lean training materials and learning programs.
• Collect, document, and share best practices across departments.
• Support factory-wide lean culture development initiatives.
• Conduct lean audits and follow up on improvement actions.
• Collaborate with production, quality, logistics, and engineering teams to drive performance improvement.

✅ What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Management Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Production Engineering, Quality, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Good command of Thai and English; Chinese is an advantage.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing is preferred.
• Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
