📍 About the role

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, manage production teams, and ensure operational targets are achieved safely and efficiently.

🎯 What you'll be doing

• Monitor daily production operations to ensure smooth workflow and target achievement.
• Develop and implement productivity improvement initiatives.
• Track production performance and analyze operational efficiency.
• Manage production teams and workforce allocation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Monitor KPIs including output, efficiency, scrap, and production costs.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and records.
• Investigate production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Support continuous improvement projects and cost reduction initiatives.

✅ What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related fields.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
