📍 About the role

We are looking for a Process Engineer to optimize welding manufacturing processes, improve production efficiency, and support continuous process improvements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure stable production, maintain process documentation, and drive manufacturing excellence.

🎯 What you'll be doing

• Develop, promote, and provide training on manufacturing process documentation and standards.

• Review, update, and optimize work instructions and process documents for mass production models.

• Verify, optimize, and maintain welding process parameters to improve production quality and efficiency.

• Support the investigation and resolution of production quality issues through corrective actions and process improvements.

• Participate in welding production line design reviews and project implementation.

• Improve and maintain welding fixtures, jigs, tools, molds, and production equipment.

• Drive cycle time optimization and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

• Prepare and update production auxiliary material consumption standards.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

✅ What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.

• Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes and welding production equipment.

• Strong technical knowledge with the ability to analyze and resolve welding process issues.

• Experience preparing technical documentation, process instructions, and tooling specifications.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, UG, or other related engineering software.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

• Responsible, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.

• Experience in automotive manufacturing or welding process engineering is preferred.
