📍 About the role

We are looking for a Field Engineer to support daily production operations by improving manufacturing efficiency, optimizing production processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role also plays a key part in production digitalization, workforce management, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

🎯 What you'll be doing

• Monitor production performance and resolve production abnormalities to achieve production targets.

• Manage workforce planning, manpower allocation, and production workshop operations.

• Promote workplace safety by implementing safety programs, preventive measures, and incident management.

• Lead and support digitalization and automation projects within the production workshop.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by eliminating waste, optimizing production processes, and improving production line layouts.

• Analyze production quality issues, coordinate corrective actions, and follow up on improvement activities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and manufacturing performance.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

✅ What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Field Engineer or in a related manufacturing engineering role.

• Good command of English; Chinese language proficiency is an advantage.

• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Self-motivated and able to work effectively under pressure.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

• Experience in automotive manufacturing, production improvement, or industrial engineering will be an advantage.
