📍 About the role

Join BYD Thailand's Sales Division as a Regional Operation Management professional, responsible for dealer performance, sales strategy execution, cross-functional coordination, market analysis, and dealer development to drive business growth and operational excellence.

🎯 What you'll be doing

• Monitor dealer KPIs, including sales volume, market share, booking and test-drive conversion, and CSI, and develop action plans with dealer leadership to achieve targets.

• Implement sales policies, promotional campaigns, pricing, and incentive programs across assigned dealers while tracking campaign ROI.

• Build strong relationships with dealer owners and General Managers, acting as the main contact for HQ and supporting the resolution of operational issues.

• Coordinate vehicle allocation, logistics, CRM standards, marketing, and aftersales support to ensure smooth dealership operations.

• Analyze sales performance, inventory, competitor pricing, and promotional activities to provide reports and actionable recommendations to management.

• Provide product knowledge training and sales process coaching to dealer sales consultants to improve conversion and customer service.

✅ What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or above.

• Proficient in Thai and English; Chinese language skills are a strong advantage.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions.

• At least 3 years of experience in Thailand's passenger car industry, particularly in regional sales management or dealer network operations.

• Strong expertise in sales performance reporting, data analysis, and automotive market intelligence.

• Highly responsible, proactive, adaptable, and strong in learning agility and problem-solving.
