📍 About the role

We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer to lead and improve manufacturing processes within the Powertrain Division. You will be responsible for process design, equipment planning, technical problem-solving, trial production, and operator development to ensure efficient, stable, and high-quality production.

🎯 What you'll be doing

• Design product process flows and prepare process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Select appropriate production equipment and design non-standard equipment to support manufacturing requirements.

• Prepare equipment operating procedures and maintenance procedures.

• Identify and resolve technical problems related to manufacturing processes.

• Follow up on trial production, including testing, documentation, and on-site issue resolution.

• Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and process stability.

• Guide and supervise operators and provide skill training to ensure compliance with operating standards.

• Collaborate with relevant departments to support process improvement and production activities.

✅ What you'll need

• Bachelor's Degree in Automotive, Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Materials Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in assembly processes, with strong knowledge of machinery and engines.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, UG, or equivalent 2D/3D drawing software.

• Familiar with CP, SOP, CPK, SPC, IATF 16949, and process planning.

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

• Good command of English.

• Chinese language skills (HSK 4 or above) are preferred.
