📍 About the role

We are seeking a Senior Administration Specialist to support factory administration and employee-related activities at the Powertrain Division. This role is responsible for coordinating administrative operations, implementing factory management requirements, managing documentation, and supporting employee-related activities.

🎯 What you’ll be doing

• Promote corporate culture and plan, organize, and facilitate factory activities

• Communicate and support the implementation of factory management policies and regulations

• Coordinate and execute administrative requirements at the factory level

• Handle personnel transfers and maintain administrative documents and announcements

• Support recruitment, onboarding, probation evaluation, training, and performance appraisal processes

• Support employee-related administration and C&B coordination

• Prepare reports and administrative documents using Microsoft Office

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth factory operations

• Ensure compliance with company information security policies

✅What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field

• HSK 5+ Chinese proficiency with strong Thai communication skills

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience at Senior level, preferably in automotive manufacturing

• Strong command of Microsoft Office, data analysis, and reporting

• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure

• Fast learner, adaptable, and able to maintain high accuracy

• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
