📍 About the role

We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer to develop, optimize, and maintain assembly processes for new vehicle models. You will support new model introduction, trial builds, mass production preparation, and continuous process improvement to ensure stable production, product quality, and operational efficiency.

🎯 What you'll be doing

• Develop, optimize, and maintain assembly processes for new models to ensure stable production, product quality, and process efficiency.

• Analyze assembly defects and process abnormalities, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Support new model introduction, trial builds, mass production preparation, and assembly line setup.

• Prepare, review, update, release, and control process documents, including BOP, PFMEA, Control Plan, process flow, and work instructions.

• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Equipment, and other cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production and process issues.

• Drive process improvement, cost reduction, productivity enhancement, and quality improvement projects.

• Monitor process performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Provide technical support and guidance to production teams on process-related issues.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

✅ What you'll need

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Process Engineering, preferably in the automotive manufacturing industry.

• Proven experience in assembly process development, new model introduction, trial builds, and mass production preparation.

• Good knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plan, BOP, process flow, and other manufacturing process documents.

• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.

• Experience in process improvement, cost reduction, and quality improvement projects.

• Ability to work closely with Production, Quality, Equipment, and other cross-functional teams.

• Good communication, coordination, and project management skills.

• Good command of English. Chinese communication skills are an advantage.
