📍 About the role

We are looking for a Quality Management System Engineer to maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System and manufacturing information systems. You will support audits, compliance, quality documentation, traceability, and digitalization initiatives to strengthen quality management and operational efficiency.

🎯 What you'll be doing

• Maintain, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with applicable standards and company requirements.

• Coordinate and support internal audits, management reviews, third-party audits, customer audits, and regulatory audits.

• Manage QMS documentation, including document preparation, revision, release, and control.

• Track corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely closure.

• Provide QMS training and monitor the effective implementation of quality procedures at the production site.

• Drive continuous improvement activities, including BTS, QCC, and other quality improvement initiatives.

• Monitor certification validity and updates to applicable standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.

• Maintain and support QMS, production traceability, and manufacturing information systems.

• Collaborate with IT and digitalization teams to optimize systems, develop reports, and improve system functionality.

• Ensure product and production data traceability and provide system training and support to users.

• Manage system user access, data backup, and information security.

• Drive digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives in production areas.

✅ What you'll need

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in QMS, quality systems, manufacturing systems, or related fields.

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, internal audits, and quality management systems is preferred.

• Experience with QMS, production traceability, MES, or other manufacturing information systems is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

• Ability to prepare reports, procedures, work instructions, and system-related documentation.

• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Good command of English. Chinese communication skills are an advantage.

• Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is preferred.
