📍 About the role

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to lead quality management across key automotive production areas, including Stamping, Welding, Painting, and Trim. You will manage quality teams, drive problem-solving and improvement activities, and ensure production quality meets required standards and targets.

🎯 What you'll be doing

• Lead and manage Quality teams for Stamping, Welding, Painting, and Trim operations.

• Recruit, develop, coach, and train local Quality leaders and team members.

• Supervise quality control processes and problem-solving activities across production areas.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.

• Lead quality improvement and innovation initiatives to improve product quality, process stability, and overall quality performance.

• Monitor quality performance, identify key issues, and drive corrective and preventive actions.

• Prepare, review, update, and control quality-related documents to ensure process standardization and compliance.

• Collaborate with Production, Process Engineering, Equipment, and other cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.

• Drive continuous improvement activities and quality performance enhancement.

• Prepare quality performance reports and provide updates and recommendations to management.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

✅ What you'll need

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Quality Management, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 5–8 years of relevant experience in Quality Management within the automotive manufacturing industry.

• Proven experience managing Quality teams in Stamping, Welding, Painting, Trim, or other automotive production areas.

• Strong knowledge of quality tools, problem-solving, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Proven experience in team management, coaching, and employee development.

• Good knowledge of quality standards, procedures, and document control.

• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.

• Good command of English. Chinese communication skills are an advantage.
