📍 About the role

We are looking for a Stamping Mold Engineer to manage stamping die operations, tooling optimization, spare parts, and maintenance activities. You will support stable production by improving stamping dies, resolving tooling issues, and ensuring efficient department operations.

🎯 What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement acceptance plans for stamping dies used in mass production.

• Manage mold spare parts planning, procurement sourcing, and purchase orders.

• Ensure compliance with 5S, workplace safety, and department management standards.

• Manage and request tooling, abrasives, spare parts, and maintenance materials required for stamping die operations.

• Lead stamping die optimization, issue tracking, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for complex tooling problems.

• Develop and implement training plans for new employees within the department.

• Manage overtime schedules and manpower allocation to ensure smooth department operations.

• Conduct on-site equipment inspections and follow up on daily inspection tasks through the EMS system.

• Support continuous improvement of stamping die performance and production efficiency.

✅ What you'll need

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of stamping processes, stamping die design, tooling, and die improvement.

• 2–5 years of experience in stamping, stamping dies, tooling, or automotive manufacturing.

• Strong capabilities in tooling design, die optimization, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering software such as CAD, CATIA, UG/NX, or equivalent.

• Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
