📍 About the role

We are looking for a Spare Parts Export Specialist to manage spare parts export operations from Thailand, including shipment coordination, export documentation, customs clearance, payment follow-up, and logistics tracking. You will coordinate with internal teams, logistics partners, customs brokers, and overseas teams to ensure smooth and timely export operations.

🎯 What you'll be doing

• Manage Thailand spare parts export operations, including shipment coordination and payment follow-up.

• Prepare and review export documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Detailed Packing Lists (DPL), and Sales Contracts.

• Coordinate shipment bookings and transportation arrangements with freight forwarders and carriers.

• Support customs clearance procedures and coordinate required certifications for Thai-made parts.

• Maintain accurate export records, shipment reports, and payment tracking.

• Coordinate battery registration applications and maintain logistics tracking data.

• Coordinate with internal departments, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and overseas teams to ensure smooth and timely operations.

• Follow up on shipment status, identify operational issues, and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve problems.

• Prepare operational reports and perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

✅ What you'll need

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• At least 1 year of experience in international trade, export/import operations, logistics, supply chain, or related fields.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Basic Chinese communication skills will be an advantage.

• Good understanding of export documentation and customs clearance procedures.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Experience in the automotive, spare parts, or manufacturing industries will be an advantage.
