📍 About the role

We are looking for a Planning Specialist to manage production and material planning to ensure production targets, material availability, and delivery schedules are achieved. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams and analyze planning data to improve operational efficiency.

🎯 What you'll be doing

• Develop, monitor, and follow up on production plans and material plans to ensure production targets are achieved.

• Prepare and maintain production planning information and system data, including BOM, raw material requirements, and material demand plans.

• Develop and maintain production schedules and control plans to ensure smooth operations and product quality.

• Review and continuously improve daily, weekly, monthly, and annual production plans based on production requirements and performance.

• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Warehouse, Sales, and other relevant departments to ensure materials and production plans are properly aligned.

• Monitor production progress and follow up on issues to ensure production targets, delivery schedules, and operational requirements are achieved.

• Analyze production and material planning data and provide recommendations to improve planning efficiency.

• Maintain accurate planning data and reports.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

✅ What you'll need

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 4 years of experience in production planning, material planning, or material control.

• Good command of English; Chinese communication skills are an advantage.

• Strong planning, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with production and material data.

• Proactive, responsible, and able to work effectively under pressure.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Able to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
