About the Role

We are seeking a Planning Specialist - Chinese Speaking to manage production and material planning activities and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure production schedules and material requirements are properly planned and executed. This role will work closely with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Sales teams to achieve production targets and maintain smooth operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop, monitor, and follow up on production plans and material plans to ensure production requirements are met.

• Prepare and maintain production planning information and relevant system data, including BOM and raw material demand plans.

• Develop production schedules and control plans to ensure effective production operations and product quality.

• Review and improve daily, weekly, monthly, and annual production plans based on production requirements and operational performance.

• Monitor production progress and identify potential delays, material shortages, and other planning issues.

• Coordinate closely with Purchasing, Production, Warehouse, and Sales departments to ensure alignment of production and material plans.

• Follow up on material availability and production readiness to support production schedules.

• Carry out production control activities to ensure production targets and operational goals are achieved.

• Prepare planning reports and provide updates on production progress and potential risks.

• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 4 years of experience in production planning, material planning, or material control.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

• Good command of English; Chinese communication skills are an advantage.

• Strong understanding of production planning, material requirements, BOM, production scheduling, and production control.

• Strong communication, coordination, and people management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible.

• Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• Able to start work immediately will be an advantage.
