📍 About the role

We are looking for a Process Engineer - Wiring Harness to analyze and optimize manufacturing processes, improve production efficiency, and resolve technical issues throughout the assigned production processes. You will support new project trials, process validation, tooling development, and continuous improvement to ensure stable and high-quality production.

🎯 What you'll be doing

• Analyze, manage, and optimize process abnormalities throughout assigned production processes.

• Improve process capability, production output, and overall production line efficiency.

• Conduct feasibility assessments for new project trials and follow up on process-related issues.

• Implement corrective actions and prepare evaluation reports for new projects and process improvements.

• Support customer audits, product certification, and analysis of customer complaints related to manufacturing processes.

• Design, improve, and maintain production tooling, fixtures, and related equipment as required.

• Develop and maintain process documentation, including FMEA, SOPs, and Control Plans.

• Apply Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies to improve process stability, quality, and efficiency.

• Identify root causes of manufacturing problems and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and other relevant teams to resolve technical issues.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

✅ What you'll need

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

• Familiarity with automotive manufacturing processes and related production equipment.

• Strong theoretical knowledge and technical experience, with the ability to solve manufacturing process problems.

• Ability to prepare technical documents, including process procedures and tooling/fixture designs.

• Good communication skills and strong teamwork.

• Strong adaptability, sense of responsibility, and professional attitude.

• Proficient in MS Office, UG, AutoCAD, and other relevant engineering software.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
