📍 About the role

We are seeking a Material Control Specialist to support material planning, inventory control, procurement tracking, and warehouse operations for the Powertrain Division. The role will coordinate closely with planning, purchasing, suppliers, and production teams to ensure material availability and smooth operations.

🎯 What you’ll be doing

• Maintain appropriate safety stock levels to control inventory costs.

• Support the planning team in tracking procurement and production material requirements.

• Process material requests and monitor delivery status.

• Supervise and control material inbound and outbound processes in warehouses and workshops.

• Collect, organize, and archive quality-related records for the planning department.

• Coordinate with purchasing teams and suppliers to ensure timely material supply.

• Monitor material availability and identify potential shortages or delays.

• Prepare material control reports and update relevant records.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

✅ What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 1 year of experience in material control, warehouse management, or related fields.

• Familiarity with material procurement processes and workshop material management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel, and statistical tools.

• Chinese language proficiency (HSK 4 or above).

• Able to communicate effectively in English.

• Good coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work effectively under pressure.
