About the Role

BYD THAILAND is looking for a Business Specialist based in WHA Rayong 36 Industrial Estate, Rayong. This role is responsible for overseeing purchase order and invoice verification, managing supplier payments, coordinating with finance departments, and supporting continuous improvement in payment system processes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Verify the accuracy and consistency between Purchase Orders (PO) and Invoices.

• Receive, scan, register, route, and complete proper accounting entries for invoices in a timely manner.

• Reconcile supplier payment statements, review and submit payment requests, and follow up to resolve any errors or discrepancies.

• Coordinate and communicate regarding supplier payment inquiries to facilitate verification, confirmation, and response.

• Propose optimization solutions for payment-related systems to improve workflow efficiency.

• Study and master payment reconciliation processes, and organize internal training or knowledge sharing as appropriate.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Proficient in Chinese or English as a working language.

• Experience in accounting, finance, or data analysis is preferred.

• Proficiency in enterprise systems such as SAP, Cloud Platform, SRM, and OA; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of Thai tax regulations.

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.

• Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a multicultural environment, high integrity, responsibility, and strong professional ethics.
